MOQ or Minimum order quantity is the least amount of units required for running a batch of production.

Several factors, such as fabric weight, consumption, quantity, and garment construction, affect the production cost. Therefore, we cannot offer a general cost estimate without detailed garment specifications or without inspecting the fabric and construction. Due to the various factors involved, we cannot provide an exact estimate for order turnaround time without knowing the specific details of the project. The turnaround time can vary depending on the services required and the complexity of the order. Please speak to your dedicated account manager about the timelines.

Our team of artisans and project managers work closely together to ensure timely delivery of your order. Here are a few tips to help us avoid any delays:

• Please ensure that you are fully ready to place the order.

• Double-check that all the information you submit is accurate and complete.

• Be prompt in responding to any requests for changes or approvals. Failure to respond on time may cause delays in the order. Note that we do not send any orders for production without your approval.

Your order’s turnaround time begins only after payment is processed, so please consider this when planning your shipment dates.

Note: If we are managing end-to-end supply, including sourcing fabrics, trims, and accessories, the turnaround time starts after the fabric is cut.

Following COVID-19, we no longer host in-person visits to our production facility. However, we will be reviewing this policy soon, and any changes will be communicated via email.
